Group classes are part of our trainings and are open to anyone regardless of experience. The aim of this traditional form of yoga is to carefully integrate breath and movement, so as to bring about a deeper, more sustainable opening in the body and a calm state of mind. We practice slow dynamic breath-based movement sequences, which help to warm us up thoroughly, creating flexibility and strength. This will bring us to a point where the function of each posture and its many benefits can be fully accessed by everyone. Individual adaptations and variations of postures will be offered, making this class perfect for practitioners of all levels, from beginner to long-time practitioner. We combine various tools beyond the postures for maximum effect and well-being, such as breathing techniques, chanting, and meditation. |
