The Yoga School NY is an Educational Initiative located in New York City. We are providing Holistic Traditional and Therapeutic Yoga Teachings in the Lineage of T. Krishnamacharya, the ‘Grandfather of Modern Yoga,' and his son, TKV Desikachar. Our offerings include Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yoga Therapy Sessions, Workshops and Classes. Our teachings are informed by our direct and continuous studies in this tradition with TKV Desikachar, founder of the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM.org) in Chennai, South India, and other Senior Teachers in this tradition.
